  No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail.

  “Everything went right”
  Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. It has survived a determined chewer for a month. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Smooth experience”
  Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. It has survived a determined chewer for a month.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  I've been buying from BenzoDesign for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it.
