“Wish I had checked elsewhere”

Wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Support never replied to either of my emails. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me.

Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Weight feels right, not hollow or tinny. Happy customer, will return.

Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Warranty claim went through with no drama. No discolouring on my skin after a fortnight of wear.
