    “More hassle than it was worth”
    No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description.

    Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology.

    “Pleasantly surprised”
    Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Material is breathable and comfortable for all day wear. Would order from here again without hesitating.

    “Happy with this one”
    Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking. No complaints from me.
