  “Nice surprise”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Third party test results were available when I asked.

  “No complaints at all”
  Been using Best Cigar Prices on and off since last winter. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Third party test results were available when I asked.
