  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. The sole has held up well on rough ground. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Poor experience”
  Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Missing components with no mention in the description.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Slightly narrow, so worth sizing up if you have wide feet.
