The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. They still look smart after a couple of months of wear.

I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts.
