  “Save your money”
  Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Paid a premium for delivery that was still late.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  Disappointing experience with BOC, unfortunately. Refund came back short of what I paid. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

  Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Has survived a wet winter without corroding. Happy customer, will return.
