  “Poor experience”
  Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Sale price was barely different from the normal price. Hard to recommend to anyone.

  “Fine with caveats”
  They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. Fine for what it was.
