  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Expiry date was well over a year away. Easy five stars from me.

  Got what I paid for, no more and no less. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. I will probably shop around next time.

  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Started falling apart after light use. Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. They refused a return despite the item being faulty.

  Would not order from Bombay Shaving Company again based on this. Package arrived opened and one item was missing. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

  Used Bombay Shaving Company twice now and both experiences were smooth. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. Not much more you can ask for really.
