  “Smooth experience”
  My sister recommended Bouwlampkoning and I finally gave it a try last month. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time.

  Would think twice before ordering from here again. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. Materials are much thinner than described.

  “Acceptable”
  Decent enough, but there is room for improvement. Works as intended but the materials are clearly budget. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

  “Okay overall”
  Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked. They sorted it in the end, which is what matters.
