    “Some good, some bad”
    It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. Does what it says, more or less.

    Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Good value, especially compared to the high street. The confirmation email had everything I needed.

    “Would order again”
    Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. What arrived matched the listing in every respect.

    Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. The confirmation email had everything I needed.
