  Been using Bricoman on and off since last winter. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly.

  “Poor experience”
  Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. Would rate lower if I could.

  “Better than expected”
  Came across Bricoman through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. It came with the right adapter for my region.
