  It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated.

  “Not as described”
  They refused a return despite the item being faulty. The colour is nothing like what was advertised. Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Wrong address on the label despite entering it correctly.

  “Worth the money”
  Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template.
