  “Second order, same quality”
  Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Has held up well to daily use so far. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Would tell a friend to try them.

  No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Not much more you can ask for really.
