  “Fine for the price”
The saving was smaller than the banner suggested. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. Fine for what it was.

Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days.

  “Frustrating from the start”
I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

  “Exactly what I needed”
Third order with Bueroshop24 this year, so that probably tells you enough. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. The confirmation email had everything I needed.
