Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. I would only buy here again during a promotion. Worth a try if the price is right.

They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Firmware updated without any problems. No complaints from me.

“Okay overall”

Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Nothing wrong with it, it just did not impress me. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed.

“Genuinely impressed”

Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout.
