  Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Warranty claim went through with no drama. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one.

  “Everything went right”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Battery life is roughly what the specs promised. It just worked, start to finish.

  Warranty claim went through with no drama. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Already planning my next order.

  Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Dispatched the same day I ordered. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
