  “Quality is there”
  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

  Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested.

  “Does the job”
  Middle of the road experience for me. Works as intended but the materials are clearly budget. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Room for improvement but no real complaints.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Shipping cost almost as much as the item. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Would not recommend, unfortunately.
