Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. The finish is even with no marks or scratches.

Used Casa Viva twice now and both experiences were smooth. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.
