  Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. The product page had enough detail to order confidently. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. The confirmation email had everything I needed. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
