    “Quality is lacking”
    I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Not worth the money for what turned up. I will be shopping elsewhere.

    “Slower than expected”
    Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. Fine for what it was.

    “Easy recommendation”
    Been using CCJH on and off since last winter. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space. I have already recommended them to two people.
