    “Not as described”
Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Frustrating from start to finish.

    “Not bad, not great”
Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering.

Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Value is okay once you factor in the delivery cost. I would use them again for something small.
