    Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly. It just worked, start to finish.

    “Nice surprise”
    Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it.

    “Mixed feelings”
    No response to my first email, the second one got through. Average build, about what I would expect at this price.

    “Not quite what I hoped”
    Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Setup took about ten minutes and the app connected first time. Would recommend with a couple of caveats.
