  Been using Chacos on and off since last winter. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Slightly narrow, so worth sizing up if you have wide feet. No complaints from me.

  “No complaints at all”
  Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. The sole has held up well on rough ground.

  “Better than expected”
  Dispatched the same day I ordered. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Has held up well to daily use so far. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Grip is good in wet weather.

  “Smooth experience”
  Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. They still look smart after a couple of months of wear.

  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Happy customer, will return.
