  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Colour has not faded after several washes.

  Ordered from Charmo for the first time and it went better than I expected. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Easy five stars from me.

  “Does the job”
  Started well and then went a bit quiet in the middle. One item was great, the other was mediocre. About right for the market, no bargain though. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them.

  Decent enough, but there is room for improvement. They sorted it in the end, which is what matters. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering. No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated. Material is breathable and comfortable for all day wear.
