  Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements.

  Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. Returns for a different size were straightforward.
