  Would think twice before ordering from here again. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Learned my lesson on this one.

  Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  “Good price, good service”
  Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly. I have already recommended them to two people.

  Third order with CHICMI this year, so that probably tells you enough. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing. Nothing I would change about the experience.
