  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens.

  I've been buying from ChienEnchante for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Easy to reach and no automated runaround.

  “Smooth experience”
  With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Ingredients are clearly listed and the cat actually eats it. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. Finish is sloppy with glue visible around the edges. Two stars only because it eventually arrived.
