Response time was quick both times I contacted them. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Third party test results were available when I asked.

Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Delivery window was vague and I ended up waiting in. Neither impressed nor disappointed.
