  Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  The discount code did not work despite being valid. Finish is sloppy with glue visible around the edges. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. It shipped a full week after they said it would.
