  “Exactly what I needed”
  They answered a fairly technical question clearly. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Mixed feelings”
  Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Reasonable, if unspectacular.

  Placed a fairly big order with Colorful Images and everything arrived exactly as listed. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Speeds are close to what was advertised. Already planning my next order.

  “Happy with this one”
  Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Licence key arrived by email within a couple of minutes. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  My sister recommended Colorful Images and I finally gave it a try last month. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
