  Returns process works but the form is confusing. Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. It has survived a determined chewer for a month. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. The sizing guide for the collar was accurate.
