  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking. Glad I took the chance on them.

  Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Nothing wrong with it, it just did not impress me.

  Ordered from Cornwall Hideaways for the first time and it went better than I expected. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling.

  “Good price, good service”
  Came across Cornwall Hideaways through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally.
