  They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Solid enough for a low risk purchase.

  Good value, especially compared to the high street. Feels premium for what it cost. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere.

  “Disappointing”
  Ordered two items and had problems with both. Missing components with no mention in the description. Wrong address on the label despite entering it correctly. Cannot recommend based on this experience.
