  “Poor experience”
  Split into three parcels and the last one never came. The returns address they gave was wrong. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

  “Quick and painless”
  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. The finish is even with no marks or scratches. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund.

  “Happy with this one”
  Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Glad I took the chance on them.
