  “Smooth experience”
  The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly. Would happily spend money here again.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. Shipping cost almost as much as the item.

  Came across Creations through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing.
