  “Second order, same quality”
  Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.

  “Fine with caveats”
  Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Delivery was slow but the tracking at least worked. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  “Disappointing”
  Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. Materials are much thinner than described. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added.
