  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Texture is light and absorbs quickly.

  Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Not the experience I was hoping for. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up. Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added.

  “Solid from start to finish”
  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.
