  “Disappointing”
  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

  “Solid from start to finish”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.

  “Reasonable enough”
  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. It got here safely, just slower than I would like. Works as intended but the materials are clearly budget.

  “Reliable and quick”
  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.
