    No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. The finish is even with no marks or scratches.

    “Would order again”
    First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. No complaints from me.

    “Good price, good service”
    Been using Dazuma on and off since last winter. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.
