  Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare.

  “Slower than expected”
  Sizing runs slightly small, worth ordering up. Returns process works but the form is confusing. Reasonable, if unspectacular.

  Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Sale price was barely different from the normal price.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Ordered from Debamod for the first time and it went better than I expected. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Material is breathable and comfortable for all day wear.
