  Ended up cancelling half the order. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description.

  “Repeat customer now”
  Been using Delivio on and off since last winter. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Smooth experience”
  They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. Exactly what I hoped for.

  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
  The listing and the reality did not match. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out.
