  “More hassle than it was worth”
  Would not order from Designing the Mind again based on this. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Not going back.

  “Better than expected”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back.

  “Does the job”
  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. I would only buy here again during a promotion. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings. Worth a try if the price is right.
