  Placed a fairly big order with Desivero and everything arrived exactly as listed. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Reliable, which counts for a lot.

  “Reasonable enough”
  Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.

  Cheaper and better on three other sites. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

  “Quick and painless”
  Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. It looks good in the room and matches the photos. Not much more you can ask for really.
