    “Repeat customer now”
    Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. For the price I honestly cannot complain.

    Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens.

    Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks.

    “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
    Ended up cancelling half the order. The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Frustrating from start to finish.
