    “Slower than expected”
Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. Might order again, might not.

Been using Discount Comput Depot on and off since last winter. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Firmware updated without any problems.
