  My experience with Douglas was okay overall. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. It works, though the finish is a little rough in places. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone.

  “Solid from start to finish”
  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Quality is lacking”
  Ended up cancelling half the order. Quality is well below what the photos suggest.

  Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. Expiry date was well over a year away. Already planning my next order.
