    Used DWR twice now and both experiences were smooth. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere.

    “Repeat customer now”
    Ordered from DWR for the first time and it went better than I expected. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

    “Not quite what I hoped”
    Mixed feelings about DWR, though nothing went badly wrong. The saving was smaller than the banner suggested. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.
