  Placed a fairly big order with Eataly and everything arrived exactly as listed. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international.

  “Average experience”
  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Average build, about what I would expect at this price. They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Portion sizes were about what I expected from the listing.
