  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new.

  Came across ECCO UK through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts.

  “Poor experience”
  They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month.
